Ladera is located one mile south of Arapahoe Road, at the intersection of Jordan Road and Broncos Parkway. This Century Homes community was finished around 2010 and about 113 families reside here.

The location is excellent, just 10 minutes from the Denver Tech Center (DTC) and I25 and within walking distance to Cornerstar mall. There is easy access to Cherry Creek from the west border of the community and the Cherry Creek Valley Ecological Park is easily accessible on the north side of Broncos Parkway. The Cherry Creek Trail runs all the way down to Franktown! Some homes have beautiful mountain views and back to open space.

Drew has lived in Creekview at River Run (right next door) with his wife and two kids since the community was built and has sold 41 homes there, plus 2 homes in Ladera.
