Located just 10 minutes from the Denver Tech Center, Orchard Valley is a small community of ~110 homes bordered on 3 sides by open space. The north and west side is bordered by Cherry Creek State Park and the south side is bordered by Piney Creek.
The community feeds into the highly rated Cherry Creek School District and is close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
