– We will schedule the inspections for you
– We will transfer the utilities for you
– We will help coordinate post-closing repairs or upgrades with my preferred contractors
For sellers…
– We will schedule the staging appointment (if needed)
– We will help you coordinate the repair or replacement of items that you have agreed to address from the buyer’s inspection
– We will transfer the utilities for you
