Flyers, QR codes or both?
I would love your thoughts on this.
Lately, I've gotten back into putting flyers in a box attached to the yard sign for each of my listings (old school!). My clients like that and I think consumers do as well, but I'm not convinced that it actually makes a difference in the number of showings we have.
I've thought about starting to use QR codes. If you're not familiar with those, they look like a UPC code and can be scanned by any smartphone. The code sends the consumer to whatever site I desire. Most likely, that would be the virtual tour site for that particular property, so the consumer can see pictures, details about the home and contact me, if they want to. If I had a QR code on the sign, I wouldn't have to use so much paper.
So what do you think? Flyers? QR Codes? Both? Neither?
