Showing trends for November.
– The number of showings per active listing declined a little between Oct and Nov, from 11.6 to 10.5
– If you compare to 2012, showings per listing also declined between Oct and Nov, from 10.9 to 10.4
– The decline appears to be about right, for the normal seasonal slowdown Denver always tends to experience in late fall / early winter.
– Most price points saw declines in showing traffic; the middle market surprisingly held steady. High end listings generally saw more of a drop. That’s normal seasonality.
