Update on Tax Credit
Although Congress has passed the extended/expanded home buyer tax credit bill, Obama hasn’t signed it yet, so it’s not official yet. There is some misinformation out there and I don’t want to get caught up in that. Will update once the bill is signed and the IRS has information on their site.
